# Beat sync

**Why this matters:**

* **Look professionally edited:** Your cuts land on the beat, like a real editor sat down and timed them.
* **Premium in one click:** No manual timing, no editing software. Just toggle it on.

### Create a new video, or edit an existing video

Start a new project, upload your listing photos, and create an unbranded video as usual. Or, click **Quick Edit** on any existing video.

### Enable Beat Sync

In the **Branded Settings** page, navigate to to **Templates tab > Full Video >** toggle **Beat Sync.** Or, toggle it right below the live video preview once a music track is selected.

### Choose a song

If you haven't selected a song yet, pick one that best suits the property, location, and vibe for the video.

### Render video

That's it! Click **Render** when you're done adding your remaining branding settings, and the video will be done in minutes.
